This bean was harvested in the high mountains of Colombia 5,840 feet above sea level. That is the equivalent to 4 Empire State buildings. Here, the bean was  hand picked  only at their fully developed stage by our experienced Cafeteros.  It  was then spring water washed and sundried to perfection.

All  of our coffees are professionally cupped in order to determine the beans best cup quality. By doing this we can select the best roasting method for this coffee bean. 

A medium roast was chosen for this bean to maintain a higher level of caffeine while revealing all of  its delicious flavors and characteristics when  delicately  brewing your  coffee.

    This is my go to coffee. I was getting tired of the bitter taste of other popular brands. I came across this in Instagram posting and decided to give it a try. Great taste with a really smooth rich flavour. So glad I found them.

    We were lucky to find this booth at Morning Side Park.. then again when we moved to Rye NY. The one thing that differentiates this coffee and why we by far think its the best is its freshness!! We love this coffee so much we haven't had another brand since we found them over 2 1/2 years ago.
