This bean was harvested in the high mountains of Colombia 5,610 feet above sea level. That is the equivalent to 3.8 Empire State buildings. Here, the bean was hand picked only at their fully developed stage by our experienced Cafeteros. It was then spring water washed and sundried to perfection.
All of our coffees are professionally cupped in order to determine the beans best cup quality. By doing this we can select the best roasting method for this coffee bean.
A dark roast was chosen for this bean to maintain a balanced level of caffeine while revealing all of its delicious flavors and characteristics when delicately brewing your coffee.

Love this coffee
I first found this delicious coffee at the Bronxville Farmers Market 2 summers ago. It is simply outstanding. Huge preference for Midtown Rush and we buy whole bean. In winter I order online. Delivery via USPS is usually 2 days. We went away for 2 weeks and even with nice coffee shops there, the first morning back was like, “oh, I really missed this coffee, I really like this coffee, I really need this coffee.” No joke. Great quality.

Best Coffee Ever
I discovered this coffee two yeas ago and it's the only coffee I now drink. Seriously, the only coffee I drink. And now it's the only coffee my boybfriend and sister drinks. The roast and the flavor are perfect; rich and full with zero sourness or acrid taste that I find so many boutique roasteries are plagued with. So glad I discovered this coffee!
