This bean was harvested in the high mountains of Colombia 5,840 feet above sea level. That is the equivalent to 4 Empire State buildings. Here, the bean was hand picked only at their fully developed stage by our experienced Cafeteros. It was then spring water washed and sundried to perfection.
All of our coffees are professionally cupped in order to determine the beans best cup quality. By doing this we can select the best roasting method for this coffee bean.
A medium roast was chosen for this bean to maintain a higher level of caffeine while revealing all of its delicious flavors and characteristics when delicately brewing your coffee.

The only coffee I drink
I'm originally from South America, coffee is important to my culture. Finding good coffee here in NY was impossible until I found Cano Coffee! Rush Hour is my favorite, I buy the whole grains and grind them every morning when I brew my coffee

Fabulous Farmers Market Find
We originally found Cano at our Farmers Market by Morningside Park in Manhattan. We all got sick and couldn't make it when we normally do, so I was ecstatic to discover that I could order it online and have it shipped! Cano has reserved itself as a top shelf standard in our household
