This bean was harvested in the high mountains of Colombia 5,610 feet above sea level. That is the equivalent to 3.8 Empire State buildings. Here, the bean was hand picked only at their fully developed stage by our experienced Cafeteros. It was then spring water washed and sundried to perfection.
All of our coffees are professionally cupped in order to determine the beans best cup quality. By doing this we can select the best roasting method for this coffee bean.
A dark roast was chosen for this bean to maintain a balanced level of caffeine while revealing all of its delicious flavors and characteristics when delicately brewing your coffee.

Cano Coffee Midtown Rush
i was trying to get by with cheap supermarket coffee and found that i stopped looking forward to my morning cup. And it was unpleasant on my stomach. I stopped to taste this at a farmers market and kind of liked it. Enough to order some for home, and holy mackerel, so much better than what i was drinking! smooth, less acidy, i'm back to loving coffee.

Plastic Coated Wire Closer
Hi, The last two orders have had the plastic coated wire closer detached from the coffee bag. The rubberized glue backing gets on various parts of the bag. Can you fix this and restore the wire closer to its original position? Or perhaps you can do away with the rubberized glue and just have the closer as a separate item that can be manually placed in position for use. Thanks, Tom
