Kickstart your morning with black coffee

In the
morning the first thing I do after getting out of bed is turn on my coffee
maker so I can prepare myself a nice cup of coffee. The smell of fresh brewed
coffee gives me a sense of peace and tranquility before going out the door to
beat the midtown rush. I don't know about you but the moment I take that first
sip it's like... ahh... let's get the day started!
I grew up drinking my coffee light and sweet, but recently I started drinking my
coffee black in the mornings since I read that it helps with losing weight and curbing and your appetite. I didn't believe all the noise about black coffee
having so many dietary benefits but it is true...it really is true! I tried it
myself for three months, not only does black coffee wake you up but it helps
you lose weight. I
lost 20 pounds in 3 months, by drinking black coffee in the morning for
breakfast, 6 bottles of water throughout the day, a healthy lunch and dinner
consisting of lean protein, green veggies and two apples a day one for lunch
and one for dinner . By sticking to this diet I learned that
the caffeine in coffee is a stimulant that helps kick start your body's
