Night Cap Decaf

This Decaf bean was harvested in the high mountains of Colombia 5,610 feet above sea level. That is the equivalent to 3.8 Empire State buildings. Here, the bean was  hand picked  only at their fully developed stage by our experienced Cafeteros. This coffee was swiss water processed for its decaffeination. 

All  of our coffees are professionally cupped in order to determine the beans best cup quality. By doing this we can select the best roasting method for this coffee bean. 

A medium roast was chosen for this bean to maintain a balanced  flavors and characteristics when  delicately  brewing your coffee.
